This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company. They were unable to order parts in a timely manner, what was supposed to take a couple of days turn...

Tom...... Thank you soooo much for filling out and mailing my rebate forms.....I really do appreciate your effort. Also, thank you for always helping me buy my appliances......you are so honest and knowledgeable and I rely on you to tell me what to get. I really do like the Bosch and very glad that I bought that brand. I always recommend A-1 to friends and add your name too. See you next time! more

make arrangements for payment easily 5/12/2011

I just used A-1 Appliance for a dishwasher repair on a listing of mine and am extremely impressed! The service department was really prompt about returning my calls and they had people out within a day and here is the shocker; the service guys showed up when they said the would! They made very clear notes about the issue and also were great about calling and me with a price in advance so that I could make arrangements for payment easily. All in all, I can't say on price if they are the most inexpensive but their service and quality of technicians are excellent and in the long term that's worth a lot. more

I wanted to inform you of the excellent service provided by Dave. A couple of weeks ago he repaired my stove, and recently I had some follow-up questions. I left a message at the service counter and he returned my phone call with very good customer service. Unfortunately, quality service does not seem to be an integral part of many businesses, and it is not often I have the opportunity to recognize it. I hope A1 considers Dave a valuable employee and recognizes him for his quality service. more

We could of bought the same product lots from other places but we were impressed with their knowledge and the sincere interest they showed, educating us with the information we needed to help us make a decision. couldn’t be more pleased 2/16/2011

Andy helped us select our new refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Jason and Rod delivered and installed them this afternoon. All three of these guys are very easy to deal with, know their appliances well and are very conscientious in the details of their work and service. Can you tell I think they’re great?! This was our very first experience at A-1 and we couldn’t be more pleased. more
