Four years ago when I bought my first used Mini (from an out of town dealership) there very few of these cars. Now there are many of them on the road in the Valley. I think that's a testament to the quality of the Mini Cooper and the customer service offered by Mini of Allentown. I met the staff there when they first opened and was very impressed. I've been taking my Mini there for sevice ever since, and have gained trust and friendship with everyone there. I bought my new Mini this past October, and my salesperson, Lauren, was very outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable (knows the cars from boot to bonnet) and communicative. The entire staff and management went way above and beyond to help me due to circumstances with my previous Mini. Many of the staff are Mini owners and enthusiasts, so I know they love the car they are selling. You couldn't buy a more fun, reliable car from a more fun, helpful, and sincere group of people. I'll never go anywhere else.
