Mini of Allentown

My husband and I both bought MINIs from Lauren. He got his Cooper hardtop first and we had such a great experience dealing with Lauren and MINI of Allentown, that within a month, I went back and got one for myself (Cooper S coupe). Ditto what others have said - Lauren is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional and I'd highly recommend her to anyone interested in owning a MINI. We've gotten excellent service at MoA. Rob, the service manager, is The Man - knowledgeable, efficient, equally fun to deal with, and always takes the time to explain and answer questions. I never mind waiting for my car because practically everyone on the floor will stop by to say hello and chat MINIs for a moment, which makes it more like being at a friend's house than a dealer's waiting room. We also appreciate the fact that MoA actively sponsors, organizes and participates in local MINI and charitable events. How many dealers do you know that will organize a rally, drive with the group, then feed you hamburgers afterward?? As only a lawyer would do , I object to the use of the word "" tip"" in this context . It is ambiguous , at best , and of the many possible meanings that "" tip"" may have , review and / or rating is not among them. \r \r Anyway, here is a tip for Mini of Allentown . Dont ever let Lauren Leabman get away. She is the ideal salesperson for this brand of car . Like the Mini , she is the perfect blend of performance and fun . You are so lucky she moved on from puppies.\r \r I bought many cars over my lifetime and no sales person ( or motoring advisor) came close to having the knowledge , expertise and passion that Lauren has about her Minis . She has a genuine affection for the car which makes her a very dedicated and effective sales person. \r \r Finally, she is a delightful person with a happy, outgoing personality; the kind of person you would want to know even if she wasn't selling such a great car. Four years ago when I bought my first used Mini (from an out of town dealership) there very few of these cars. Now there are many of them on the road in the Valley. I think that's a testament to the quality of the Mini Cooper and the customer service offered by Mini of Allentown. I met the staff there when they first opened and was very impressed. I've been taking my Mini there for sevice ever since, and have gained trust and friendship with everyone there. I bought my new Mini this past October, and my salesperson, Lauren, was very outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable (knows the cars from boot to bonnet) and communicative. The entire staff and management went way above and beyond to help me due to circumstances with my previous Mini. Many of the staff are Mini owners and enthusiasts, so I know they love the car they are selling. You couldn't buy a more fun, reliable car from a more fun, helpful, and sincere group of people. I'll never go anywhere else. more

I have had a great dealer experience with Mini of Allentown, Pa. From my very knowledgeable salesperson, Lauren to Rob the service manager. They have their act together, and have never forgotten who the customer was. My wife's car is in great hands, and they have always cared for my customer ""delight"" in every way.
