I dont typically take the time to write reviews but, in this instance I thought that it only right to give credit to this salon. I havent been a client for long but the last three apointments I did have were excellent. My sched is a bit crazy so I had to see a different stylist each time but, given my circumstance I still got the service I needed when I needed it! I saw Jay, Fabian, and Matthew at different locations which was actually interesting because the level of attentiveness and appeal to simply sit and be transformed was unwavering. Also the assistant ""Brie"" did an excellent job when straightening my hair which I have a world of difficulty doing myself. I could tell in my years of expirence with other salons in Syracuse NY and California that places like J&F are hard to find. When I left, I felt lifted and I think thats the best thing you can hope for in a salon. Even when I walked into the doors I was treated from the receptionist desk until I was sitting in a chair. I'm actually excited about my next apt!
Pros: BEST TIME, WORTH THE WAIT
