Consumers Beware: I totally get that as a consumer I am not important to you! I really thought that would not be the case when I opted to use your over priced school over the less expensive options available in the area as I am a believer in you get what you pay for. You officially have proven me wrong! I figured after my older daughter attended a few years back the return business would be met with at least some sort of gratitude. I however see that my return business was not appreciated at all. You got the additional $650.00 and $535.00 for my current two children. You also got the $90.00 rescheduling fee from the children's dad today. The $115.00 extra for the oldest child is just padding for your pockets since it was an accident on my end when I enrolled him but please keep it as I am sure you can find a loop hole for that as well...but just know I will make sure my nearly 2000 Facebook friends as well as anyone I talk to understands your company is about policy, bottom line and money and is not about the student or consumer. Remember I offered to pay the 60.00 rescheduling fee over the phone yesterday since I made the mistake...so this is over $30.00 on your end. (That and the 115.00 over charge since child one got nothing more than child two) as a mother of 6 you will not be getting anymore business from this family. You may want to rethink your policy on how you both contact and treat customers. Just because I have 2 children in your course only 1 driver was affected by the missed drive which I took full responsibility for and still do! Hope the additional 30.00 was worth it.
