During my first service visit a mechanic signed off on a job (warranty work) that wassn't done. I never got out of the parking lot, and the manager never got out of the parking space. The rest of the visit went down-hill from there. I came back for my first oil change, because it was free, and this most recent oil change because I wanted to look at the C7 and check on some accessories. You still have a great waiting area. Other work on my C6 has been performed by Gordon Chevrolet, sorry, but that one bad experience will be remembered a long time.
