I feel like a fool because I answered an ad on craigslist and got a guy who charged a flat rate for any repair. He was at my house until midnight and fixed one problem, but created a bunch of other problems in the process. He just couldn’t figure it out, gave up, and left me with a broken computer. I called Home Base Computer Services the next morning. The difference in the skill levels was as plain as night and day. Neil was in and out in an hour and my computer works great. He didn’t talk down to me, didn’t use a bunch of jargon. Good company. I’ll definitely use them the next time my computer breaks.
