I am shocked/saddened by this review as my professional reputation and that of TESG means everything to me. We have cultivated wonderful and productive client/candidate relationships and take a great deal of care/pride in what we do. I cannot imagine who this person is as traditionally clients seeking permanent employees would come to us for employed candidates. We wish we could help everyone but it's not possible; professionals would appreciate that we are running a business. If contacted directly and it seemed they had marketable skills/professional demeanor, I would have referred them to my temp division for proper placement. Being candid and honest with people has not only been appreciated by all those we work with but has actually been praised to me directly numerous times so much so I get fantastic referrals from happy candidates. Unfortunately, most candidates get the runaround from recruiters making them empty promises. We are continually commended for doing the opposite; taking the time to review backgrounds and let candidates know what employers really are seeking. We help to manage realistic expectations. It's best to share real market knowledge with others and properly educate them so they can help themselves. Others' digestion of the truth sometimes is not what they want to hear and sadly ends up in the above format.
