Had my spa fixed by Byron at Aqua Rec's that I bought from a ""spa manufacturer"" in the Des Moines area. The thing was always leaking and used incredibly cheap equipment. I thought I was smart and getting a lot of jets for my money. Like a knothead, I realized later that all equipment and parts are not the same - Byron used Mercedes vs. Kia comparison. No kidding, I felt really dumb not doing my homework. The sales guy at Puyallup store (David) was great and knowledgeable. They gave me a trade in and I got a new Marquis hot tub. It's awesome, and three times more powerful than the old one. Lesson learned - quality matters.
