Wainwright Bank and Trust had a great reputation as a community bank; however, it has now merged with Eastern Bank. The merger was less than seamless with multiple problems merging their online banking systems. Carryovers from Wainwright lost payors, created confusion on transitional payments, failed to carry over activity for half of the month, bill payer could not be accessed on Explorer. The tech department needs lots of work - so beware. I'll give it a month to straighten out; however, will shop at competing banks,especially those open 24/7.
