I wish someone would have warned me to be careful and of the smilling salesman and to proceed with extream caution. I found each one of the plumbers to be very friendly and dishonest. They told me they were independently licenced plumbers. When I looked them up I found it not to be true. When they are at my home I found them to always upsale to thousands of dollars of work that should have been simple work.
Do not purchase to premium package from them. It will simply give them reason to come to your home and tell you need an entire new system even if the system is working.
I did not ask for them to check my heater and yet they insisted they needed to check it for the winter. Their AC tech. dismateled it and got mad when I asked for it to be put back together. They then turned off the gas to my heater. I have had nothing but stress from them. Kent Whipple promised they would come and turn on the gas today and put my system back to how it was in the beginning. My partner took off work to be here for the even and they did not show up.
DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE STRESS
