He was very personable and pleasant to talk to regarding the job and explaining what he would be doing. He gave me a brochure to see while he completed the job in the basement. Afterwards, he talked to me about their service programs and explained why they would be a benefit in my situation. I appreciated the opportunity to hear about it. I explained that starting Monday I would be shelling out over 50K in remodeling expenses and just wasn't in the mood to spend more money so he didn't have much of a chance. Bottom line is, he impressed me as a very sharp,trustworthy, and hardworking person who takes pride in his work and in his company.
