I love WHIPPLE SERVICE, techs are explainded me very well for me to understand. Very clean, love red shoes cover, plus the carpet before entering my house. VERY GOOD SERVICE!!! more

This Company is Dishonest 11/28/2010

I called Whipple for some routine furnace maintenance (yearly inspection), and of course they found an issue that could only be remedied by replacing the entire furnace (around $4,000, an insanely inflated price). I called another professional who said the furnace is in fine working order and there's no reason to replace a 5-yr old furnace. I will never call Whipple again. more

I called another professional who said the furnace is in fine working order and there's no reason to replace a 5-yr old furnace. I will never call Whipple again. more

Dodged A Bullet 11/23/2010

I really dodged a bullet with this one. Had a little water heater problem so I called Whipple to come out and take a look. They told me that my water heater had a leak and they needed to replace it for $2,000. Just a standard 40-gallon. Nothing fancy. I got a second opinion from a local plumber who told me that it was just dirty, showed me how to clean it, and that the water was just normal condensation. It's been working fine ever since. With the growing popularity of review websites like this, I don't see how this company can stay in business much longer. more

I've had Whipple Plumbing come to my house a number of times. They have always been great but this last time was the very best. I had a really bad leaky pipe that luckily, I caught before it caused any EXTREME damage. Whipple was here very quickly after I called, and they got it all fixed back to normal. The plumber was so friendly. He explained everything to me that needed to be done and made sure I approved of everything before he started. I was just really impressed with everything. more

They were booked out for a week but that was ok with me because It wasn't an emergency. They came and in 20 minutes had the drain running good. I am pleased with them. they had good service and were on time and did a great job. I hope they still have the drain special next time too! more

they worked well to solve my problem 11/8/2010

I had them come out originally to clean out my backed up sewer line, but at first it was not handled well by the company. However, the next day the tecnician came back to my house and he he worked very well to try to alleviate the problem. But we couldn't quite come to an agreement. The next day the tecnician, an assistant, and two supervisors came to solve the issues. I was impressed with their persistence and trying to keep their customers happy. more
