Iv'e used west coast blinds once a few months ago for a minor job in my son's bedroom. The employee's were very friendly and personable and i was able to get a great deal on my blinds. I thought to myself this is a company i could use in the future. Recently my husband and i decided to remodel our home, and we chose to go with wood blinds. We visted west coast and they were able to set us up with beautiful wood blinds and also a great deal. I would highly recommened them! more

I pass West Coast Custom Blinds 2 times a day 5 days a week for the last 12 years going to work, I purchased a new condo in Redondo Beach, needed blinds and desided to stop in I was amazed in the selection and service offered by the young man Brandon, he sent out his guy Sergio to Measure, Sergio called Brandon back and told him I was in a home complex to get me special pricing, they came in $400 less than the other 3 bids I had gotten, I was so pleased I sent a letter to all my new neighbors sharing with them of the great deal and service I had got, last time checking they had did 8 homes in my complex. more

I was there at West Coast Blinds this past weekend and had a chance to work with the manager. He was able to show different ways for me to save money which is a big deal right now to me and I believe for alot of other people to. They have a clearance side with alot of blinds already made which they can cut down to your size depending on how you measure. Also the make blinds custom made to your window size. That was the way I had to Go But this month of September I was able to save an extra 20% off. Thank You West Coast Custom Blinds my blinds look great. I refurbish houses and I'm always looking for bargains. I drove by, saw the sign, needed some blinds so I stopped in. What a pleasant surprise! West Coast Blinds was soo helpful when I bought my new home. I am clueless when it comes to measuring windows and knowing which product will work best with my decor. A West Coast Blinds representative came to my home, measured my windows, and I had beautiful wood blinds in no time. West Coast Blinds worked with my crazy work schedule to figure out a good time to come to my home to measurer and install. I will definitely use West Coast Blinds in the future. more

I live in Arizona, I was able to pick out the Verticals that I wanted & just give the measurements all online. I had a prompt call from their customer service to recomfirm how I took my measurements & they also offered a couple of color suggestions based on my room colors. I got my order in record time ( faster than the local shops offered). This was my first time ordering window coverings online but the savings was great & now I've recommended them to my neighbors!! I placed an order in early August as of November 2nd I have not received my order, nor can anyone in the store explain to me when I expect to receive the items I expected to have installed by Thanksgiving and have painting completed. I've canceled the dated for the painter's on 3 seperate occasions due to the delay of West Coast Blinds. I've spoked with a manger name Brandon o several occasions and each time he indicated the factory is behind and"" I'll call the factory and call you back in an hour"" This was a fraudual statement because each time he never called me back. All the which this company is using my money for 13 weeks. At this time mu only wish is to retrieve my deposit in full. I was told that Brandon would take care of this first thing in the morning. I'm not certain if this is the gospel or a statement to keep me in the holding path. Bereft, Blackbear more

This place is a joke. The customer service is non existent. Appointment time is a joke. You must keep calling the store to confirm appointment time and then the time will be changed without them notifying you. It was such a hassle, it was not even worth it for the simple job I needed completed. more
