I live in Arizona, I was able to pick out the Verticals that I wanted & just give the measurements all online. I had a prompt call from their customer service to recomfirm how I took my measurements & they also offered a couple of color suggestions based on my room colors. I got my order in record time ( faster than the local shops offered). This was my first time ordering window coverings online but the savings was great & now I've recommended them to my neighbors!! By the way then installation was easy because the fit for each window was perfect!!
