I placed an order in early August as of November 2nd I have not received my order, nor can anyone in the store explain to me when I expect to receive the items I expected to have installed by Thanksgiving and have painting completed. I've canceled the dated for the painter's on 3 seperate occasions due to the delay of West Coast Blinds. I've spoked with a manger name Brandon o several occasions and each time he indicated the factory is behind and"" I'll call the factory and call you back in an hour"" This was a fraudual statement because each time he never called me back. All the which this company is using my money for 13 weeks. At this time mu only wish is to retrieve my deposit in full. I was told that Brandon would take care of this first thing in the morning. I'm not certain if this is the gospel or a statement to keep me in the holding path. Bereft, Blackbear
