Where else in Chicago can you see live actual grilling being done indoors? This place has that warm atmosphere feeling all over the place, almost too warm if you ask me (and I'm not just talking about the massive grill kettles either). But enough about the place itself, let's talk about the food. They have a variety of classic barbeque classics from burgers, beer can chicken, ribs, and of course the steaks. Although the food is good, it does tend to be rather dry, no matter what you order or how done you have it cooked. Heck, you can order it raw and still have a peice of meat rather dry. Plus, they rarely change their menu items which is a bit of a letdown, especially if you've had everyhing on the menu. Bottom line, sure go ahead and try it at least once. But, if you can, try to find a better barbeque restaurant.
Pros: Good food, Right off the Grand Red Line stop, Tourist Stop, Cheaper than other Steakhouses in North Loop
Cons: Dry food, Valet, Lack of variety, You walk out smelling like barbeque smoke, side salads are small portioned
