My name is Val. I've been a customer of Visible Changes Galleria for over 10 years. First started off with Nicole. Sadly she moved to another state. It's been approximately 11 years now since I've been with them. I can say I've truely been satisfied with every aspect of their establishment from the start. Nicole went out of her way every appointment to make my visit as convenient and pleasurable as possible. The staff has always been friendly and acommodating. Allison at the front desk greets me by name every visit. Her, along with several other stylist, always make me feel at home by greeting me as I've sat comfortably on the waiting couches. Jaime is an excellent manager. He is always cordial and professional, always making sure to greet me and handshake every visit. Upon check-out their staff is always friendly and inquire how my visit was.\r

Appointment booking is fantastic. Same day online appointments make it as simple as 1,2,3.... Anytime I choose to change my mind, changing my appointment has always been a phone call away. Being a few minutes late, no problem. Everyone will run late from time to time. I've always been able to call in if I knew I would be running late. Staff ALWAYS acommodates their customers by allowing a 5 or 10 mintute grace period. \r

Whos says Visible Changes doesn't make good when a customer is disatisfied? Not I. True story here. Many years ago a young woman I was dating, went in for a hair coloring. The coloring was not to her expectations after it set in. Not that the color was not completed correctly, it just was not the color she had anticipated. Being a man, such subtleties are trivial, but to a woman a bad hair day can mean the end of the world. Quickly acting, as a good boyfriend should do, I called Visible Changes and spoke to Jaime. Explained my story. He graciously gave us a store credit, totaling half the amount of what the coloring orginally cost. He was not obligated to do this, as my girlfriend chose the color on her own recourse. But him being a human being and understanding, he made a fair compromise. \r

Their facilities, top notch. Bathrooms, floors, and cutting areas are always clean. \r

Kevin is my current stylist. He has some tough shoes to fill, since Nicole's departure, but he's been doing a great job! As always, I recieve top notch service. His attention to detail and great sense of humor make a pleasant experience.
