If these people screw up your hair, they will do everything in their power to avoid fixing it. They will make you seem like the ignorant one that does not know anything about cuts or coloring. They are there to rip people off...not for customer satisfaction. I have been a customer for over 5 years and most of the time, I went to April Kirschke for my highlights and hair color. I won't be going to her or Visible Changes ever again. I asked for a certain hair color and she made it SEEM like she knew exactly what I was talking about. It turned out that she had no clue as my hair ended up looking like nothing was ever done to it. I went back the following day for a redo and she refused. She said the only way to fix my hair was to add highlights and that I'd be charged for it. The manager, Jamie, got involved and instead trying to resolve the issue, he was a straight up a**. A BIG A**. I even called the corporate office and I got the same crappy service. They did not even bother apologizing, giving refunds, or store credit. I'd rather go to a cheap, local salon. I'm sure even they'd give better service than visible changes. Avoid the Galleria location as the manager will do NOTHING but be rude if your hair does not turn out the way you wanted it to. Avoid Visible Changes altogether if you're looking for a place that will try to satisfy their customers even after things do not go as expected.
