I started going there only because my regular stylist had given me a very disappointing cut and was always taking time off, so I couldn't get consistent service from her and the shop was out of the way for me, even though she was the sister of an acquaintance.\r

I got randomly put into Bobbie's hands and had brought my hubby with me to give the low down on what to do. My hair is extremely thick, very healthy, and my husband is very particular about me getting a good cut. He was not happy with what the last girl had done and encouraged me to start looking elsewhere. Bobby listened carefully, was not at all put off by his instructions and my hair turned out beautifully. That was back in November, right before the holiday parties.\r

When I was leaving the Galleria, a couple of men even commented glowlingly on how beautiful my hair looked. There was no turning back after that!\r

I then decided in February that I needed a drastic change and Bobbie once again gave me the perfect haircut and I was not worried at all. Cutting off 14"" after growing it for 4 years was quite a decision itself, but she put me totally at ease. I have gotten so many compliments on it and refer people I work with all the time.\r
