I have been going to Chemeka at Visible Changes in the Galleria for highlights for seven years and I have been satisfied every single time. I have never had one complaint. i bring in a picture, she matches it perfectly, I ask her opinion and she does it and I am thrilled with the results. I have never been happier with my hair.
