I have been going to Kim Marie for over three years. I have tried several colorists before and never stayed loyal to one particular one. Kim Marie was the first one to explain to me that each colorist has his/her own pattern that may differ slightly from specialist to specialist, and staying consistent results in a better overall color. I have been a loyal client since then, and have always been very pleased with my color. I love Kim Marie's personality and always enjoy catching up with her. She rocks! more

Hair Cut/Style 8/5/2011

I have been going to VC for over 6 yrs now and never find anyone super outstanding..some good, but Amir is awesome. He was sooo sweet, took his time, straightened after cutting and curled my hair..(long hair). it held great since it was around 3pm and i went out clubbing 9pm. Love him..highly recommend! more

For a little over a year now I have been getting my color and cut at Visible Change in the Galleria! Michelle is an amazing colorist who always knows how to make my color the vibrant, bright and healthy Barbie doll blonde that I love!!!! She knows the perfect combination of highlights and lowlights to make the most natural honey color! Michelle always provides me with tips about how to keep my color fresh and healthy looking!\r \r After getting my color done with her I always plop down in Paula's chair for a haircut. She is always consistent and never ever cuts too much off! This is the most important aspect of a good hair cut for me! My stylists in the past have always gotten scissor happy! That drives me crazy! Paula always cuts a little and asks me if I want more cut off. She knows I am coutious about trimming off my long locks. I love that about her! \r \r Everytime I enter Visible Changes I know I am going to walk out feeling beautiful because of these two ladies' consistent technique and friendly service! more

I have traveled all over this city, for years, trying to find someone who could give me the ""buttery"" blonde that I see splashed all over the pages of magazines! To add to the difficulty, my hair is naturally sooper-spiraly, and when dry & twisted up, my highlights disappear and my hair can look very ""low rent!"" ...(You know what I mean! ;p) I have been going to Kim for I guess a couple years now, and if it is blonde that you want, Kim is AMAZING!! She is knowledgeable, experienced, CURRENT, and pure talented! She will give you suggestions and is always up for trying something new! She LISTENS!! Omg, let me say it again, she LISTENS!!...to what you want and TELLS you how she's going to achieve it! I travel the states for business and always get compliments on my hair. I always give BIG props to Kim Marie, she has given me the hair I always wanted and never thought was achievable! P.S. She's also really sweet and just a sooper-awesome chick! ;) more

I usually never get my hair cut by the same person twice. It was just never important to me to have it done by a particular stylist. I preferred just walking into the salon whenever I wanted and taking my chances. I was lucky enough to get David once and I liked him right away. But not really enough to change my haircutting habits. Then I went back several months later and was assigned to David again. He remembered me and we had a great talk and he even came to a play I was doing. That did it! I made an appointment for my next haircut... with David, my hair guy. Try him out. My favorite thing about David is that he doesn't rush it and takes his time to get it right. He is really excellent. more

David is FANTASTIC! I have never been more happy with my hair. Besides being an excellent stylist, David genuinely cares for people. He's funny, sweet, and honest. If he doesn't think a cut will look good on you, he tells you. HE IS THE BEST! I always tell people to have David cut their hair. more

I have been going to Visible Changes galleria for 4 years now! I get my color done by Liz and my cut and style done by Ariadna! These ladies are the best I have ever been too! I am a natural blond that likes to spruse it up and Liz is fantastic!! I have NEVER left not satisfied! Ari ,as I like to call her, is fantastic! I use to have a short SHORT bob and now my hair is past my shoulders and all the styles between she has been there, and made it to perfection! I've booked them both already for my wedding! If that doesn't show trust.. I don't know what does! more

New Experience Made Easy 7/24/2011

First time to this salon and although LOTS going on all things were done professionally and on time. Liz was recommended for color and she was terrific. Jesus cut my hair and made some minor changes which have made a bid impact in the overall shape and body of my hair. Great team of people and I will go back! more

David G is the best...he is specially good with children. If you have any kid, let David help you and your kids won't be screaming and kicking all the way in n out of the mall. A very people person. You'll enjoy your visit there at the salon. more

I have avoided mall salons for years because of the traffic, congestion and lack of personality and service. I cannot say that any longer. David Garza is talented, fun, caring and makes you look great when you leave his chair. I would recommend him at the top of any hair cutters and stylists I have encountered. And if you have children, you really do not want anyone else. David, who in some ways is a grownup child himself in really good ways, is able to make the most unnerved, bratty acting kid into the calmest, nicest child who will leave with a really big smile and a wonderful memory of a fun experience. I have seen this repeated many times, but kids are not the only ones who get the fun experience with a modern clean look. more

I have been going to Visible Changes for over 2 years now. Lauren cuts my hair and Nary does the highlights. Both do an amazing job! I always walk away happy! And then I always get compliments for the following weeks! Definitely worth the cost! more

Visible Changes Galleria 7/18/2011

In May of this year I was attending a conference at the Westin Galleria hotel and I had a few hours to spare, so I made an appointment to have my hair cut at Visible Changes. I am so glad that I did! From the moment that I scheduled my appointment until the time of my checkout my experience was wonderful! Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. Even the person who shampooed my hair took time to get to know me and make conversation. I did not request any particular stylist, but was pleasantly scheduled with Gabriela. She was so easy to talk to and helped me relax immediately, which is something I have a hard time doing with a new stylist. She was so willing to help me understand what I needed from my hair cut as well as teaching me how to style it on my own. I loved her so much, that I have continued going to her even though I live 30 miles away in the Woodlands. Excellent, friendly service! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon! more

So pleased with the way Liz does highlights 7/15/2011

I have been having Liz do my highlights for about 2 years now. I have blonde hair and she does the perfect highlights to where it lightens it up all over without making it look thick and chunky. She can also alternate breaking the base or the roots in between the full/partial highlights to let them last longer and save some $$. She is also so much fun to talk to and is very positive. She really looks out for her customer's best interests too. I haven't tried others but I am so so pleased with Liz!! more

I got exactly what I wanted! 7/15/2011

I went into Visible Changes looking to get some bounce back into my hair and that is exactly what Stephanie did! \r \r Stephanie was really nice and when she asked me what I wanted done I only brielfy told her what I was looking to do and she understoong exactly what I wanted. I have had past experiences in other salons before where I try to explain what I want done to my hair(several times in some instances) and the stylist still doesnt get it and I walk out so dissatisfied, but not today!\r \r Definatly going back to Visible Changes and visitng Stephanie again for my next haircut. \r \r more

Great service at great price 7/14/2011

I have gone several times now to see Andrea for color and Paula for a cut and have not been disappointed! I am a blonde and Andrea does my highlights and then does the base. She is super sweet, quick and doesn't miss any spots. She then uses special shampoos and conditioners to protect my new color and make sure my hair is silky smooth. Paula then takes me over for my trim - she is a lot of fun. She makes sure my lines are super even and that my hair is styled fabulously when I leave. She has also shown me several products to use if I want wavy or straight hair (my hair can do either). I have shopped around many hair salons in the Houston area, and the prices I have gotten at the Visible Changes Galleria are super reasonable for the awesome service they render. Go see these ladies! more
