Looks Better than the day I bought it & great customer service! 2/11/2014

Dan was great at answering any and all questions I had. They kept me informed along the way, but it was hassle-free right down to the rental car being brought and picked up from Turnpike Motors. As for the repairs - I think my car looks even better now than the day I bought it and impeccably clean. I couldn't be happier! more

Where I go when my car gets hit! 2/1/2014

I've now used Turnpike Motors 4 times after 4 separate incidents in which my car was hit. I have never had a problem, they kept me up to date on what was being done and when the car would be ready. They worked with the insurance companies so that everything was taken care of. A car rental company is also down the street and will bring the rental car to you when you are dropping off your car at Turnpike. Everyone is friendly and it's always a pleasant experience. If there is something minor that's unrelated to the accident, they will take a look at it and possibly even fix it for you free of charge. Seems rare that anyone wants to do anything free nowadays, but they go above and beyond to make a customer happy and coming back. I'd recommend, and the work is all guaranteed. If there's a problem, contact them and they will take care of it. more

My Husband is very picky on body work he cannot find any fault with their work. We only bring our cars there they are the best. Every car has been fixed correctly and was returned in showroom condition. more

Overall great experience 1/12/2014

From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable and since my husband used Interstate for his "dents/repairs" for the last three cars I felt confident that the work would be done right and I wasn't disappointed at all. I was surprised with emails and calls as the process went along informing me of what was happening. This was wonderful and a bit strange since I don't know of any service provider that does that. I liked it. more

My whole experience from coming thru the door to picking up my fixed car was perfect. 1/12/2014

I was surprised throughout the time my care was being repaired with the updates via e-mail and phone as to at what stage we were at with the repair. I thought this was pretty nice and strange at the same time since no other service provider does this. Love it. My husband has been using Interstate for the last three cars he has owned and there wasn't even a question as to who to go when my car got dented. Didn't have any problems or issues. All around a good relationship and a quality repair. Interstate even washed my car and it looked great! more

From first greeting to "check out", the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. The staff provided periodic updates on the work on my car. Communication was exceptional. If you have to experience a car accident, this is the place to go. more

I'm elated with Turnpike Motors. I'm so glad someone pointed me in their direction. After I decided to go there I even had other people I was talking to telling me I made a good choice. It was a great experience. I had an unfortunate accident that did considerable damage to my car. I picked it up yesterday and the repair was perfect. I even called them after I got home to say that I had not noticed until I got into the car and was driving home that they had detailed the inside of the car. I bought the vehicle in 2010 and it looks as good as it did on the day I bought it. They were very responsive. There were some issues with the insurance company and the folks at Turnpike handled it beautifully with a lot of flexibility. They were extremely responsive. I teach management at the university and spend a lot of time talking about customer service. I will not hesitate to describe my experience at Turnpike as a positive example. more
