From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable and since my husband used Interstate for his "dents/repairs" for the last three cars I felt confident that the work would be done right and I wasn't disappointed at all. I was surprised with emails and calls as the process went along informing me of what was happening. This was wonderful and a bit strange since I don't know of any service provider that does that. I liked it.
