Very impressed 7/6/2016

I was extremely happy with the service that I received, I was very impressed that my car was spotless inside and out, which it wasn't when I brought it in. They didn't just simply vacuum, it was as if I paid for detailing, I was not expecting this at all and was very happy. The one negative comment I would have is that the ordering of parts was a bit slow, They knew on Monday what parts they needed, but they were not ordered until Wednesday when they had payment from the insurance company, Customer Service Manager Dan was very helpful and friendly. Great Job! 7/6/2016

After a fender bender, we took our son's 2015 Subaru WRX to Turnpike. They did the estimate, explained everything that would need to be done, sent pictures during the work, and finished 10 days early - in time to get the car back for the 4th of July holiday! Courteous and friendly service for us. Hopefully we won't have to use them again, but if we need repair work - we'll go back. more

Over all experience was great. 7/3/2016

The communication as to when my vehicle would be ready was not great. I was told it would be worked on the day I dropped it off, but when I called to check on it 3 days later, they had just finished the estimate. The staff was very friendly and the work was excellent. I just wish there was better communication as to when the work would actually be done. more

Awesome service, great work! 6/30/2016

I've used Turnpike Motors to repair two of my vehicles after two separate accidents! They did an awesome job with the repairs, communicated with me every step of the way and valued me as a customer! What made the experience even better was that Travelers Insurance has an agent located there that handled all of my issues regarding my claim, even though both accidents were not my fault! I highly recommend Turnpike Motors! more

Outstanding service and work 5/29/2016

This is my first experience with Turnpike Motors - awesome place. Wish I had gone here the last time I needed work done. So convenient too with the insurance concierge service. The work was perfect and done so quickly without sacrificing quality. Working with Dan made a huge difference - very knowledgeable and helpful. more

Car was junked. Was Driveable 3/25/2016

Disappointed not so much in turnpike but Amica wouldn't let me fix the car. They were afraid it would cost more once you got further into it. You guys did a decent prelim by ripping into the car. I wish the estimate could of been rock solid so Amica would of let us fix it instead of making us buy another one. Car was perfectly driveable and a waste by junking it in my opinion. Turnpike has always done excellent work in the past and Im sure it would have been the same this time. more
