I'm elated with Turnpike Motors. I'm so glad someone pointed me in their direction. After I decided to go there I even had other people I was talking to telling me I made a good choice. It was a great experience.
I had an unfortunate accident that did considerable damage to my car. I picked it up yesterday and the repair was perfect. I even called them after I got home to say that I had not noticed until I got into the car and was driving home that they had detailed the inside of the car. I bought the vehicle in 2010 and it looks as good as it did on the day I bought it.
They were very responsive. There were some issues with the insurance company and the folks at Turnpike handled it beautifully with a lot of flexibility. They were extremely responsive. I teach management at the university and spend a lot of time talking about customer service. I will not hesitate to describe my experience at Turnpike as a positive example.
