Nice People 10/31/2015

I have returned to Turnpike Motors 3 times after my initial accident, the people who work there couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The work done in each accident was excellent. My husband also needed work after hitting a deer, he to decided on Turnpike Motors because of my experience there. They are not in our neighborhood but well worth the trip. more

Boo boo fixed beautifully! 10/29/2015

My experience from start to finish was pleasant and professional. They kept us apprised of the progress and completed faster than expected. Well done! The only issue I had was with Enterprise auto rental as I disputed their claim that the vehicle was returned with half a tank and they wanted 5 bucks a gallon for 6 gallons. I filled the tank the day before drop off and I believe we drove no more than 40 miles after that. They did relent and cut the charge in half. I recommend that you keep gas receipts and write odometer readings on same. more

I have been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years and have seen more than my fair share of auto claims and issues that have come up as the vehicles are getting repaired. I must say Turnpike Motors exceeded my expectations and did an exceptional job repairing my car. Their staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend their shop to anyone looking to have repairs done to their automobile. more

This is the second car I have had repaired at Turnpike. These guys are great! They get you in timely, work with your insurance company, communicate with you as to what is going on and when you can expect your car, and then then deliver a well finished product. more

I trusted them from my initial contact. They were honest and upfront with what it may cost and how long it would take. I had a lot of rear end damage and now I can't tell I was even hit. They kept me informed and were receptive to questions. Would go back in the future. more

Friendly and focused staff, attentive service 9/19/2015

Work well done. Staff was customer-focusesd throughout. A nice touch: I'd asked for the damaged part (a door) to be put in the back of my car, as it was needed for evidence in the accident investigation; in doing so, staff taped cardboard around the edges to protect it from potentially snaring on the inside of my car. more

Amazing service 8/24/2015

Turnpike Motors recently repaired my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder after a front end accident. Dan, Marty and the entire staff were more than helpful and made everything very easy. Always providing updates, by phone and email...even sent pictures of my repair as it was being done. Couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. Lined up my rental car, made sure I was comfortable with everything...you don't find service like that every day. Will definitely recommend Turnpike Motors to friends and family! more

I had made a boo boo on my vehicle. I dropped it off at Turnpike Motors and was always updated and had my vehicle back in no time. My vehicle looked better then when I first bought it!! The customer service was above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this business!!! more

A pleasure to do business with! 8/23/2015

When our son got into an accident (not his fault) in July, we were in need of repairs to his car. Turnpike Motors is right down the street from our home so it made sense to go there for an estimate. Met with Dan and, after speaking with him, we felt no need to check out other shops. Dan was great, handling everything! Dealt with the insurance company and arranged to have a rental car ready for us. Dan kept us informed on the progress, calling and e-mailing photos. Our son's car, I swear, looked better afterwards than it did before. To say that they did a great job would be an understatement! An absolute pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend! more
