Best Service 3/18/2015

I am a Customer service manager for a Heath Care company. I could only hope that the service we provide is as consistent as Turnpike Motors. The gentleman who writes the estimates is terrific. He is clear, comes up with options and treats you with respect. As the face of the company, he should be commended/rewarded for his performance. He actually had a very nice surprise concerning my repair and I am very grateful. The repairs are excellent and their service does not take a back seat. more

Outstanding Service 2/24/2015

Turnpike Motors is in a class by itself. This is the second time I've gotten a car repaired there. Repairs are done quickly but perfectly with a lifetime warranty. Service is amazing; great communication. Highly recommend! more

Major repair 2/3/2015

My car was a mess. $26,000 worth of damage, front to back. The entire staff of Turnpike was terrific, professional and skilled. The insurance estimate was for over a month's time to repair and the work was done well two weeks ahead of schedule. The car looks like new and is spotless. This is an exceptional operation! more

Turnpike Motors and Travelers Insurance Concierge service fit together very nicely! 12/15/2014

Having even a minor car accident is not a happy experience, and can be stressful. However, going to Turnpike Motors and the Travelers Insurance Concierge service lessened the stress for me. Turnpike did a very nice job on my car, kept me informed and I had a rental car conveniently available to me. more

Thank you to all at Turnpike Motors. My truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor, at least the whole passenger side that was affected. They were upfront from the start which I greatly appreciated. I like when there are no surprises. I would highly recommend Turnpike Motors to anybody who needs body work done. more

Excellent service and personal attentiion 11/27/2014

They were very helpful in scheduling and repairing my car and having it ready when they said it would be completed. They communicate well to inform one with e-mails and photos of the work in progress. And the end results (workmanship) the best. more

Incredibly attentive to customer sevice! 10/2/2014

Turnpike Motors is wonderful. I would give them a 10 rating. They are great with customer service because they are very friendly with customers. They are good with calling and keep us updated with the progress of our cars. They coordinated with my insurance company and even the rental car company which was very helpful. Their timing is great too because they finished fixing my car earlier than I expected. It was a real treat how they even took the time to detail my car when they didn't have to. more

The car repair took longer than I anticipated...some 3 weeks but I am very happy with the quality of work 8/4/2014

Initially I thought the work would only take about a week, but more damage was discovered after they removed the damaged rear bumper. There was some delay in getting the work done and communicating with the estimator and the insurance company. But I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. The staff is very helpful and I appreciated their care and concern over the amount of time it took to finish the repairs more
