Excellent service 7/31/2015

Received my vehicle back two days ago after it sustained severe damage in an accident. It looks wonderful and seems to be running great! They even took the time to thoroughly clean the interior. Extremely satisfied with Turnpike Motors. more

Great Autobody Shop 7/15/2015

Turnpike made the entire process very easy. They had a rental available as requested at drop off and repaired the car as good as new. I could barely tell it was in an accident after I got the car back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. more

Service Required 7/6/2015

Service was great- staff was helpful, very clean work area. Improvements required with speed- car took a week to be assessed. Had i not have another method of transportation, i would be out of commission for a week or so. more

Great body shop! 6/30/2015

I have been at Turnpike Motors on numerous occasions. Fender bender here fender bender there. They have always gone above and beyond in customer service and body work. I have never been disappointed. more

Awesome Experience 6/28/2015

Turnpike Motors not only did a beautiful job repairing my front-end damage, flattening out my license plate and detailing my entire car (a really nice surprise), but they did it all in fewer days than anticipated and provided excellent customer service at every interaction. On top of this, they dealt with my insurance company to iron out the details, so all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up. They made an experience that could have been a total hassle enjoyable - I highly recommend them. more

Everyone was incredibly nice. The establishment itself was very clean and welcoming, didn't look like a typical auto shop. They give you free drinks and snacks. They had my car for a while but extensive work had to be done and they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to see one of their agents for an estimate first. The work was thorough and professional. They fully detailed my car after the work was done. I also received emails updating me with pictures of the work being done to my car. Nice touch. more

The tow truck picked up my car and me and brought me to Turnpike Motors where I was able to get the rental car for the time it took to get the car repaired. Very helpful in my busy life. more

Fantastic Finish, Outstanding Customer Service 5/9/2015

What more can you ask for, the car is back to its original finish and you an not tell that that it was in an accident. Customer Service is as good as the finished job. Cory explained everything up front, during and after. I did not expect to receive pictures as it went through the process. I did explain to him that sometimes it's not good to see the sausage as its being made. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Thank you Turnpike Motors. more

Excellent service from start to finish. Made the whole repair process easy and smooth - from having a rental car ready when I dropped my car off, keeping me posted with updates by emailing pictures of progress and phone calls, and dealing easily with insurance, all finished up quickly with a beautiful and clean car! more

The experience that I had dealing with Turnpike Motors was a very pleasant and professional one. The job was done nicely and in a timely manner. 3/27/2015

Dan and Cailyn were wonderful and very easy to work with. They went out of their way to keep me apprised of the he status of th progress. The only issue that came up we with the car rental company and not the fault of Turnpike Motor. TM was promised a vehicle would be available and it was not. Dan and Cailyn quickly resolved the issue and had another vehicle available within the hour. I would strongly recommend Turnpike Motors to anyone. more

The whole process of dropping my car off and getting an estimate was very easy and not stressful at all. Staff was courteous and kept me up to date on the status of my car while it was being fixed.(That would Dan) Getting a rental car was easy as well. more
