Turnpike Motors thorough and personable. They are good guys and easy to deal with. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined so I'm not intimidated in this setting but I saw them deal with people who knew less about cars and they were very easy to work with. They seem very customer friendly. When I had a problem, it was quickly fixed. There was an issue with lack of communication for a couple of weeks but I'm not sure if that was them or my insurance company.
