I enjoyed the personal attention that everyone gave me. From Myles, Mark, the business manager (I forgot his name, oops) and the entire dealership, were simply just marvelous. I could have stayed overnight. The entire experience was very welcoming. Mark, the assistant service manager, is fantastic! He treats me like family. He is always courteous. He also sends me emails for coupons and calls me if he thinks I forgot a scheduled maintenance. Bedford Toyota is so great that they make me want to work there (smile).
