Miles was very courteous and knowledgeable about the sale. I was very happy that he was able to save me some money. I like that Miles was kind and genuinely seemed concerned to save me some money. This was a scary experience for me and he helped to ease my pain some. more

Overall a good experience. I went to this dealership after being treated horribly at Classic Toyota of Mentor. Classic had terrible salesman, and tactics. Attempted to lower my trade in price after the deal was made. This dealership did not lie to me like Classic Mentor Toyota. more

Yesterday, someone from your dealership (I do not remember her name) called me to see if I had an interest in trading our 2006 Corolla. I told her we were not yet in the market for a new car. I went on to explain that even though our Corolla is about four and a half years old, it only has 25,000 miles, it practically lives in the garage, and it still looks new. However, I also told her that we held your dealership in high esteem, primarily due to your response in handling the Powertrain Control Module failure we endured in May 2009. It was a disappointing experience initially, but you handled the situation very well. Furthermore, I told her we received a survey from J.D. Power requesting feedback on how we thought you resolved that problem. When I filled out the survey I gave you top marks in every category, specifically mentioning Ross who impressed us as being a thorough, thoughtful, and caring person. Before returning the survey to J.D. Power I made a copy of it and sent it to your dealership along with the enclosed letter, addressed generically to ""Dealer Principal"" because I didn't know that person's name. more

My sales person simply asked if I was happy and satisfied with my transaction and I told him I am. I asked about a new registration for my Toyota and was assured it would be handled by the dealership. It was and it has been mailed to me. Thank you very much. I leased the FJ Cruiser Limited. I turned in my FJ Cruiser (VooDoo Blue) which was not in the Limited category. My Salesperson was fabulous. He pointed out the differences with enthusiasm which made me even more excited. I love the woofer and interior color. They even drove me home for the switch of vehicles. My overall experience with Toyota of Bedford was great. I would like to say that if it weren't for Nick who sold/leased me my vehicle I might not have leased a vehicle that day. He gave my experience that personal touch that I needed and that sold me right away. The finance dept. was great in fact everyone I dealt with that day was fantastic. Mike in service is fantastic. A plus to Toyota. I really liked the personal touch from Nick. He sure made me feel very comfortable and it was Nick that sold me on making my purchase that very day. Mike is very intelligent and a real asset to your company. Because of Mike, I will always bring my car into Bedford Toyota for any repairs/service I may need in the future.
