Brian was great. He was enthusiastic and took the time with us that we needed. His knowledge of the Rav4 was excellent. We used the Costco purchasing program, which was handled very well by the Bedford Toyota staff. This was the first car buying experience that I've had that was flawless from the test drive through the final paperwork. The staff at Bedford is excellent. Will recommend to others. I liked the willingness to perform a dealer swap for the specific vehicle we wanted.
