My sales person simply asked if I was happy and satisfied with my transaction and I told him I am. I asked about a new registration for my Toyota and was assured it would be handled by the dealership. It was and it has been mailed to me. Thank you very much. I would return to purchase another Toyota because it was a very satisfying experience and recommend ti highly to anyone. more

Overall a good experience. I went to this dealership after being treated horribly at Classic Toyota of Mentor. Classic had terrible salesman, and tactics. Attempted to lower my trade in price after the deal was made. This dealership did not lie to me like Classic Mentor Toyota. more

Walked into Toyota Bedford Saturday and the place was packed, popcorn machine, cool music and very friendly people to greet you. never any pushy sales people when you walk in. i knew exactly the used van on the lot i wanted, which wasnt a toyota but knew they had this from research on the net. Ray was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Very nice man. Sandy was another lady that we talked to for a bit and was Very nice as well. The place is very professional and clean and was a completly different experience from honda across the street. I would recommend Ray when you pay them a visit. I was so impressed with the overall experience i will recommend friends and family in the future- GREAT WORK TOYOTA OF BEDFORD> keep doing what makes people happy? more
