The salesman, Peter, was very easy to communicate with and I did not experience the usual annoyance and aggravation you typically have when dealing with a car salesman. It was simple and straightforward. Definitely not the usual stuff when attempting to purchase a car which, as a matter of fact, I did experience at Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights OH.
