The Cleaners On 15th

I went to this cleaner originally b/c they were the only ones I could find which offered cleaning using environmentally-sensitive processes. Upon visiting, I discovered that the prices were dramatically different if I pre-paid for a set number of items, as opposed to paying piecemeal afterwards as one normally would. I took a risk and pre-paid for 10 items. My mistake. The owner requires leaving the pre-paid credit documentation with them. On my next visit where I was picking up, they claimed they could not find the documentation of pre-paid credit, and claimed I had already used it up. I was obliged to spend more than $13 for this cleaning, and lost the bulk of my pre-paid credit to them. NEVER, NEVER will I patronize this business again. more

My clothes came back smelling worse than when they came in. When I questioned it, I was blamed for not checking and told that I was obviously a customer who would never be pleased, so they did not want my business. Yelled at me and was RUDE!!! I too made the multi pass purchase. I explained I was unhappy and could I please just have refund for what I had not used. I was denied, and hung up on. Avoid, avoid. This is a very bad business with very bad practices. A rip off in many aspects. Unless you are the perfect, non sweating, non questioning customer, don't bother. The deal, is no deal. more

This place blows. Disorganized. Cranky. Unpredictable. And they have a strange bait and switch thing going. I went in to drop off pants to be cleaned and they quoted me one price and when I came back to pick them up, they were "magically" a higher price. I got a multi-card so it would be cheaper, but the hassle wasn't worth it. Oh and they don't have a clear name on their advertising so it's almost impossible to find them. But I guess that's okay. more
