I went to this cleaner originally b/c they were the only ones I could find which offered cleaning using environmentally-sensitive processes. Upon visiting, I discovered that the prices were dramatically different if I pre-paid for a set number of items, as opposed to paying piecemeal afterwards as one normally would. I took a risk and pre-paid for 10 items. My mistake. The owner requires leaving the pre-paid credit documentation with them. On my next visit where I was picking up, they claimed they could not find the documentation of pre-paid credit, and claimed I had already used it up. I was obliged to spend more than $13 for this cleaning, and lost the bulk of my pre-paid credit to them. NEVER, NEVER will I patronize this business again.
