Review content:
My clothes came back smelling worse than when they came in. When I questioned it, I was blamed for not checking and told that I was obviously a customer who would never be pleased, so they did not want my business. Yelled at me and was RUDE!!! I too made the multi pass purchase. I explained I was unhappy and could I please just have refund for what I had not used. I was denied, and hung up on. Avoid, avoid. This is a very bad business with very bad practices. A rip off in many aspects. Unless you are the perfect, non sweating, non questioning customer, don't bother. The deal, is no deal.
