love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

I really like how they gave me a list of everything that needs to be done but did not give the hard sell. Sometimes I feel that places try to sell things to women who they think don't know better. Very helpful and quick service. more

$51 dollars for an oil change is quite high, unless it's something covered under warrantee don't think I'll be back. more

Only one thing. I asked the guy who checked me in and his response was what I would consider a bit rude.... He quickly lashes out saying he wasn't a tech. It's best sometimes to listen to a customer and ensure them you will pass this information to a tech... They would know best. Just a different way to handle the situation. more
