Sound Ford service department did not return my call for two weeks when I tried to schedule an appointment. TWO WEEKS! If I did not have a pre-paid maintenance program I would not use this dealership at all. The prepaid maintenance is scheduled every 7,500 miles but the "next service" sticker they place in the window after service is always 5,000 miles out. I guess it requires service 2,500 miles sooner when it's the customers money but the service can wait if it's on a service contract. Pretty shady
