love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

Going the extra mile 11/7/2013

I made an appointment to get my speedometer and tires done. When I got to my appointment, all they wrote down was to check the tires. The service manager told me not to worry and they would get it taken care of. I have never had such great service that went above the call of duty. thanks so much! more

I got there early and was on my way in an hour. I will bring my maintenance review for next time to ask about my tires and breaks which say both the tire treads and breaks need to be checked as well as my tire pressure. more

I waited for my car to be serviced. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Even though additional services were recommend, I was not at all pressured to get additional things done. more

Overall, I had a positive experience with my salesman. He was very personable and knowledgable about the Ford line-up. The dealership, however, should have updated its online discount offerings so that I would not have been surprised upon signing at a price hike. more

2014 Fusion Purchase 10/16/2013

I had a great experience at Sound Ford this past week. I purchased a 2014 Fusion and Ben B. Was my sales guy. He was courteous about my schedule and took my time crunch into consideration. He was knowledgeable about the Fusion and its features which was helpful with my time constraints. I would certainly purchase from Ben and Sound Ford again in the future as long as Ford keeps producing better and better vehicles for it's dealerships like Sound Ford to sell! more
