I am very statisfied with my experience at Sound Ford. Mike Berry was very helpful and so was Finance Mgr., Nabu. Buying an automobile or truck can be very trying and my goal is generally to get done as quickly as possible with as little fuss as possible. In this, Sound Ford succeeded admirably - my wife and I were able to drive away in our new truck within 2.5 hours Thank you. Alan Venable more

Mixed experience 10/12/2013

We had a fantastic experience with our salesperson Tracy Brown. He was honest, forthcoming in information and without any hidden surprises. We got the car we wanted at the price we expected. In addition, he was a pleasure to work with. He made buying a car fun! Our issue was with the finance division. We bought a maintenance contract at the time we signed the purchase papers that really did not meet our needs. This person only presented one~~ the 7year, 100,000 mile for over $3,000. He did not take the time to find out what might be a 'best' option for our particular needs. We were NOT told of the various options available that Ford offers for maintenance contracts, there are many which I discovered the next day on the Ford website. We do not typically put that many miles on a car and we would have reached the 7 year point without being able to use the complete warranty package. We were also told we could only sign up on the day that we bought the car. That statement was deceitful. I could have gone online to choose a contract the following day or later. We acted in haste since I believe it is better to really think through all the terms and conditions of a long term contract and not to feel pressure to have to sign on the spot. To the credit of Sound Ford they did refund our money and we cancelled the contract. We will buy another contract but not from Sound Ford. Another, perhaps nit picky point, is that this same finance person told us unless we gave a full 5 star rating that it would reflect poorly on our salesperson and the rating was used only to evaluate the salesperson. Well, we hope this is not the case, since Tracy was great. I would recommend Sound Ford with a caveat. more

Completely ignored me when I went back to get my paperwork to help a male customer behind me. Customer service towards me was nonexistent. more

It's always exciting, but stressful to to purchase a new car, and the type of sales person you deal with at the dealer ship can help or hurt. My husband and I got a sales person that HELPED, Jake Jefferson! We had a great car buying experience at Sound Ford in Renton and highly recommend this location. more

They do good work. Take care of the paperwork for you if its a warranty item. Let you know ahead of time what the costs will be and have a loaner car available to you while the repairs are done. more
