I am extrememely happy with the new 2010 Ford Fusion Sport I bought very recently from Sound Ford. Your employee Dominic Adams was exemplary as well as his sales crew. I was very relectant to return to your dealership after poor business relations from several years ago. Dominic Adams was outstanding and reconfirmed my trust. He and his crew hit a home run with me. They treated me royally from the first day, and he was very patient with all my questions and requests for infomration and showing me car after car. I was very pleased with the beautiful car, the maintenance agreement and the trade in he developed for my vehicle. Brought my car in for some scheduled maintenance and they found something i did not even know about and gave me a great deal to fix them both in one appointment- at least 40% cheaper than i was quoted elsewhere and they had the work done in one day.. I will definitely be back. more

I bought my car from Sound ford 6 months ago and not only did they beat the price of the other ford dealers around (and i did my homework) but they made me feel good about my purchase. I have been looking around for at least 2 years for the right car for me at the right price and i could not be any more satisfied. I ended up coming back for a few questions a few months ago and the maintenance department took me in right away even though i did not have an appointment. Great customer service, i will be referring people here definitely. Not your typical sleezy car dealership more

I had some body work done here after my car was in an accident and they did a good job on it. They took care of all the insurance stuff so that we didn't have to pay anything up front. They even worked out the rental car so that we could leave it at Ford rather than drive it back to the Rental Agency. more

Like the previous review, I was never given a price until I met the finance guy. He quoted me a price, I said ok to it, then he started piling on a bunch of b.s. costs to it on his little spreadsheet. When I protested, he went nuts, yelled at me, I yelled back telling him I agreed on a price and he was piling on some strange fees and costs I never heard of. He said he was going to drop the deal and he actually stormed out of the office in a fit. Of course, in the end it was just a little trick he pulled. I asked a salesman if he was coming back or what. My wife was completely red and couldn't believe our yelling match. The sh*thead came back and he knocked off some of those weird fees, then proceeded to add some back. I was to exhausted to fight him, dumb enough to buy the car, and the car broke down about a year later. All in all, a horrible experience. Pros: n/a Cons: Finance dept. more

Well they put me in a truck with out a loan approval, lied and said I didnt sign all the papers, so i would drive back to bring car humiliated me at my work, brought me to tears, threatended to repo truck two days in a row, finally took it from my home and laughed at me when i explained how hard this was on me..... BEWARE THEY ARE SNAKES NOW I HAVE NO MONEY AND NO CAR and they said thewy were doing me a favor!! Cons: Left Me stranded repoed my truck lied about loan more

I was in the market for a car, and was considering a 2008 Ford Focus. After running a few errands, I decided to stop by Sound Ford to see if I could give one a test drive. I met the salesperson, and told him what I was looking for, and we made all of the arrangements for a test drive. As we got into the car, I asked him how much it cost. He said he didn't have that information. I asked him if he could go get it, and he said that he would after we finished the test drive. During the test drive, I asked again, ""will you please tell me how much this car costs?"" His response: ""no."" After I picked my jaw up off the car seat, I started to get irritated. After we finished the test drive, I sat down with the salesperson in the showroom, and told him that I would be interested in the car if they could bring it down below a certain price. Naturally, he had to go talk to his manager about the price I wanted. The whole experience might have been tolerable, if it wasn't for the fact they kept me waiting for 30 minutes! I eventually left, and I have no plans to ever return. Cons: Bad customer service, high pressure sales more
