love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

What's to type? the Sound Ford Service Department does a First Class Job! been taking my 2008 Escape to them since I bought it new in 2007 and haven't had any "vehicle problems" they couldn't fix in reasonable times or for reasonable costs. more

Good but needs work 9/1/2013

The service was done quickly and (I assume) accurately. Basic service and a recall. There were a few issues. First the gal answering the phone quoted a 5-hour+ job when it was all of 2 hours. That's a BIG variation. She needs to be trained to ask if she isn't sure. Second they don't take American Express yet the Parts Department does? Third, no car wash as indicated. Fourth they're out in the sticks. Not their fault but annoying. I give this a pass because they are the only Ford dealer open acceptable hours. They're polite and efficient. Just need to work out the rough edges and it'll be five star. more

Friendly Customer Service! 8/31/2013

This was my 1st Service Appointment at Sound Ford. I found that Bill Sharp, the Assistant Service Manager, was friendly and explained all the services provided. In addition, I was able to get free shuttle service to my daughter's - saving others time from picking me up. They also finished my car early and contacted me. more
