love this place...with rewards regular service is practically free and shuttle is great! No need for ride arrangements...one less burden for the busy...

Worst

First and foremost my car was not serviced at sound ford, they took it to Quick Lane without my consent. I was lucky enough to deal with a chauvinistic jerk who lacked the ability...

We recieved prompt, courteous and friendly service from both our salesman Bobby and Joe in finance. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family and would go there again ourselves. more

Great Service 10/1/2013

There was an issue w/ my a/c. Chuck my service coordinator scheduled me to come in for a diagnostic. At two hours he let me know that they thought they'd diagnosed the problem but wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. He quickly got me a loaner car and I was on my way. He called me the next day when promised and I had my vehicle back. more

Excellent service 9/30/2013

I have used Sound Ford a couple of times in the last couple years. Once for a recall which they took care of in a timely manner. The last was to figure out what was going on with my brakes, which had been bugging me for quite some time. I had asked other service places and the answer was always "your brakes are fine". Sound Ford found the issue the same day I took the car in and they are finally "fine". I've had my Escape for ten years, a long time, but it has been a great car. Sound Ford is very helpful, gave me a loaner car to use for the two days they were working on my car. I'm very happy with their service. more

It happens... For recalled my 2013 Fusion due what I considered a small issue. Sound Ford did their job and made it all good again. Quick check in, quick check-out, car ready to go when promised. Loving my Fusion, all is great. more

Our repair went great. The problem was identified and the following weekend it was fixed. We also had our service done. When we picked up our truck I was pleased to see it had been cleaned inside and washed outside. More than I expected! I'm very pleased. more

Took me with no notice - good job 9/24/2013

Showed up with no appointment, they got me right in, diagnoised me, prices seemed a tad high in comparison to other quotes I got after the fact, but the work was top notch. They told me to be there at 5 and I waited till 5:30 but that happens so I was used to it. Good place. more
