Frozen hot chocolate really was delicious! Great for desserts; food is ok not great- but be prepared to wait for a looong time but its worth the experience its a cute, quaint little place. more

We tried Serendipity 3 for the first time on 8/6/2011 and it was absolutely out of this world! We ordered the famous frrrrozen hot chocolate and the Cinnamon Fudge Sundae. I was so happy that my husband and I decided to order to the Cinnamon Fudge Sundae because it was unlike anything else I'v ever eaten, it was out of this world scrumptious. The BEST dessert that we've ever had. The Cinnamon ice cream was delicious was an amazing surprise, it was absolutely the best and well worth our 15 bucks. I can't wait to go back!! more

Last time i visited New York, it took me about 4 hours to find Serendipity 3. Id seen the cafe in movies before and wanted desperatly to try the frozen hot chocolate, and after hours of walking all over the city, i finally found it. And i was not dissapointed. It is one of the best cafes ive been to in my life. And when i go back for another visit, that will be one of my first food destinations. Congratulations on the marvelous place you have, which will hopefully continue to be there for a long long time. more

Faaabulous Frrrrozen Hot Chocolate: Serendipity 3 is famous for it's Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, and you must try it! It's kind of like drinkable chocolate pudding, but it tastes really good. Also, their chocolate cake is the best in all of New York and I'm not kidding. They have mini chocolate chips embedded in the rich moist chocolaty cake. The icing is great too. more

My family visited Serendipity 3 in June. We had diiner and dessert. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation the host was so nice we were seated right then and we had no wait. The meal was wonderful the best we had in New York. We can wait to return. We love Serendipity 3!!!! more

This review is just for the frozen hot chocolate - it was tasty & I really enjoyed it. It's creamy and yet crunchy because there are tiny chunks of crushed ice in there.but it was good! It's pretty big though, so I recommend sharing it with someone. FYI there's an $8.50 minimum charge per person if you dine in. There was no wait when we went in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday. Wahoo :) more

fresh toppings layered on what seems to be mountains of ice cream and hot fudge= an experience you really SHOULDNT pass up! i went there with a friend and me and him are ice cream heavyweights, but even me and him had massive trouble conquering this scale lactose model of mount everest!
