I will never go to anyone else than Jessica. I first saw her when my hair was down to about the middle of my back. My friend recommended that I see her to chop all my hair off. She knew exactly what style to give me to fit my style and face. Every time I see her I ask for her opinion on what to do, and she always comes up with the best ideas. Always trendy and perfect for any occasion. She'll always listen to you and what you want. It never fails, every time I leave the salon I turn heads and get SO many compliments! Trust me.....this is a master stylist you will love!!! Pros: everything is amazing here Cons: finding a parking spot can be hard, but well worth it more

Well, I must start off saying that Amanda is TRU-ly talented. She is the only person I trust my hair with. Seriously. Amanda has been in charge of my hair for a couple of years. Through my punky, funky, short and long phases. I trust her abilities to the fullest. There are times when I tell her to do whatever she wants. (Can you say that about your stylista?) After moving to Scottsdale to go to school, I found Helen at Salon Tru. Right from the start I knew that my hair was in good hands. She does an amazing job, is super friendly, and has a passion for people and hair. She is by far the best stylist I have ever been to and has done wonders for my friends as well! I love Salon Tru. I discovered it after my hair stylist, Amanda (who is FABULOUS!), transferred. The customer service is great, it is a friendly relaxed attitude, they offer a million different services, and the prices are fair. The Old Towne location is also great. My experience recently at Salon Tru was excellent. Jenna did a terrific cut on my hair and was very professional. She gave me great suggestions on the colour I should put in it for my next visit. Her mannerisms made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to visiting her again soon. more

I went to Salon Tru for the first time after I fed up with my previous Aveda salon. Jena did my hair and it was by far the best hair cut and color I have ever had. She had some great suggestions and it tured out great. The last salon I went to, the assistants basically did everything while my stylist double booked and was working on someone else. Jena has the greatest sense of style of any hairstylist I've ever been to. I walked in wanting a change for the summer. I moved to AZ about two years ago and finding a great salon is hard to do yet a great hairstylist. Maren is awesome!!! I always feel like I am hanging out with a friend every time I am in there.... she has great energy and you can actually say 'do whatever you think is best' and it turns out perfect every time! I have always had a hard time finding a stylist who could cut my hair correctly and just as I asked. Jena did just that! She listened to what I wanted done and did it! My hair cut came out just the way I wanted it, actually better than I thought it would. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice. Maren does such a beautiful job choosing the perfect color for me, and she takes her art so seriously! My haircut and color looks great every time I visit her, and it is easy to maintain between visits. Maren has cut and colored my entire families hair, and the boys leave looking just as great as the girls do!\r She is very kind, sweet and professional. Jena Mourray is Awesome! My first experience at Salon Tru was fabulous. The BEST haircut, hair colour and service I have ever had. Jena freely offered her advice and skill to get the same great styling results at home, too. Aveda products are amazing and Jena suggested all the right products specifically for my hair. Stacy Osegueda took me from a 5 to a 10! I asked her what color, cut, and look would be best on me, and she made me look amazing. I still can't get over seeing myself in a mirror; it was like Extreme Makeover Hair Edition. She is so personable, sharp, and patient! I asked a million questions, but she is confident in her skills and experience and didn't mind one bit.\r \r Tessa did my short, mannish nails with these great silk wraps, and made me look like a hand model.\r \r The salon staff is polished, professional, and takes time to work around my crazy work schedule. They are very helpful, classy, and down-to-earth. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pros: SKILL, service, flexible hours, everything! If you are looking for a great hair stylist/colorist, then look no further. Krista will provide the ultimate experience. She is quite talented and listens intently to all your requests and needs. I travel all the way from Clarkdale,Az just have a one of a kind ""Krista Experience."" When i walk out the salon doors, my hair looks like a million bucks and I always want to go everywhere just to show off my great color and stlye!!! I have very long, naturally blonde, very curly hair. I've never had someone give me an excellent cut, ever--I always have to make do or try to make my own adjustments. This was by far the best haircut I have EVER received. I am 100% satistfied with it--a big thing, since I've tried so many different stylists during my 30 years. Alan spent several minutes just playing with my hair, seeing how it part, how it worked, deciding how to cut it to best compliment my face and my personality and my wishes. I would fly to him if I lived in a different state. He also gave me an incredible color--and on top of that, did a color correction from a color job gone accidentally bad with someone else. It was meticulous, the color perfectly created just for me, with every step taken to ensure my hair looked superb--I've never had a better color job, either, EVER before. It was an incredibly relaxing experience. He listens to you and caters to what you want, and also gives you honest feedback and suggestions when asked. He's brilliant--he really KNOWS hair and how to work with all types. He is a gem that so many have not yet discovered. I will recommend him to everyone I know, again and again. He looks at hair as art, and every time you visit him, he will create an artpiece. more

ALAN is the best stylist west of the Mississippi (and east as well) . . . at the age of 59, after years of hot rollers and mediocre haircuts, I found the only stylist who took one look at me and new exactly what I needed. I had always tried to talk to my stylists about a new ""do"" for me, but they showed no creativeness, and generally just cut my hair like it had been. With ALAN, he talked to me about what he thought, showed me as he was cutting what the result would be, and styled my hair showing me each step I could do at home to achieve the same fantastic results. My friends and coworkers were amazed at the difference! I walked into a wedding reception with my son one evening and my own mother said ""I wondered who that cute young girl was coming in with my grandson!"" Fun comments like that all the time. We experimented with product to make sure we had the right shampoos/styling product/spray that worked and I liked. Again, noone has ever taken so much time, cared so much or been such a boon to my ""hair"" ego. And I haven't even gotten started on my color . . . being that I am very grey, my base/highlights & lowlights gave me a youthful appearance as well as my cut. Visiting ALAN will be one of your smartest moves ever!!! more

Make no mistake -- Krista is the BEST of the BEST !!!!\r \r My natural hair color was red and after many disasters (pink, blue red, copper etc. hair color) I finally found an artist, because she is, who knew what she was doing. Not only is Krista an excellent colorist she has been consistently fabulous for nearly five years. And unlike many hair stylists the color Krista uses does not fade. Additionally, she is equivalently good with the scissors. As evidence, it is rare that a week passes without receiving multiple compliments on my hair!!! Oh I almost forgot to mention what a most fabulous human being Krista is. P.S.
