We had a wonderful time! The room was great. It was really easy to book, and everyone was really nice. The bed was ridiculously comfy! Kitchen was easy to access.

A Real Surprise 11/30/2005

My mom of all people bought me a gift card from Ruby Room. I work from home and I find myself sneaking off to Ruby Room during the day for a break. They have two entire buildings with more services and products than you would ever imagine from driving by. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and are actually knowledgeable about the products they sell and everyone there has such beautiful skin. I picture RR in New York not in Chicago. My overall experience at the Ruby Room has been great. The staff is very friendly and attentive and with understanding that they are very educated in the services that they do puts my my mind at ease. The Cosmic Trends Salons with Barbara Schermer have been very informative. Barbara is highly educated in astrology with experience of 30 years. These classes are for people with or without astrological knowledge and she makes them very easy to understand. These classes help you to understand why things may be happening in your life at that time and help you move through obstacals that may be in your way. Tina DeMatteo, Lic. When visiting Ruby Room I immediately felt like I was someone special and was treated even better than that ! ! They offer the perfect amount of natural products that make me feel and look more beautiful, not only on the outside but on the inside as well. That's the truth. As soon as you enter Ruby Room, the stress of the city is taken away; from the smells to the sounds to the unbelievably helpful and knowledgable staff, you're treated like a king (or queen as the case may be). Everything you expect from a spa, you will find here... all within the confines of the same building. Well, actually buildings. I never knew I could leave one place feeling so fulfilled and relaxed and with a much better attitude than I had when I walked in. Ruby Room does it all. Do yourself a favor and GO NOW. You will not be disappointed. more

flying high 11/14/2005

I've had many amazing treatments at Ruby Room. One day after just leaving Ruby Room, I had a neighbor tell me that I looked like an angel and I responded with, "I feel like an angel!!" Not only do they make me feel great, I often buy hostess gifts and birthday presents from all 3 of their boutiques. My hostess gifts have been a huge success. My friends are now requesting that I get their birthday and holiday gifts from Ruby Room. Everything about the space is unique and exciting. RUN, DON'T WALK - Go!
