My first visit at the Ruby Room was yesterday (Sunday) around 1pm. There were two people working the retail end of the business, one young man, one young woman. In general, the staff was not particularly attentive or friendly, inexcusable considering the tiny size of the store. I asked the woman to give me some information about this unusual makeup line called Susan Posnick. The applicators were very unusual and I wanted to better understand the application. To make a long story short, it was shocking how clueless this woman was. We determined later, that she gave me completely incorrect information. It was as if she had never seen the makeup line before and was trying to figure it out and make it up as she went along. Ridiculous when they are asking over $70 for their foundation. If I owned this salon, I would would be embarrassed and looking for some new employees. more
