We had a wonderful time! The room was great. It was really easy to book, and everyone was really nice. The bed was ridiculously comfy! Kitchen was easy to access.

amazing 1/13/2006

I went to Ruby Room for a hair appointment and was the happiest I have ever been after a cut and color. My stylist was very knowledgable and recommended some great aveda products to hydrate my hair. I'm totally addicted and am a Ruby Room client for life! I'm even doing yoga there now! more

Did not live up to my expectations 1/12/2006

I got my hair cut and colored here about two months ago because I wanted a neighborhood salon to get my business. The only individual that worked at the salon at the time did a good job on my color but the cut was just average. I also purchased 3 hair products from her that she claimed would be excellent for my particular type of hair, dry. 1 of the products made my hair even drier. When I went to the salon to exchange the product (which I attempted to do only because the hairstylist implied the salon stood behind it), I was disappointed in the response I received. The individual who worked on my hair told me that she would have the owner call me to discuss the situation, which she never did. A much better salon located West of Damen now gets all of my business. more

My Facial with Amy was worth every penny. It was a great experience. This is better than chocolate. I think of how great this is for my peace of mind versus other ways that I would be spending my time and money. more

Fantastic facials 1/5/2006

I get regular facials at Ruby Room and absolutley love it. The ambiance if peaceful and rejuvinating. The staff is very friendly and they know a lot about all the products they are selling. Amy, who does my facials, is fantastic! I've had facials at spas across the city, and Ruby Room is by far the best. I wasn't planning on adding facials to my monthly expenses, but after experiencing RR, I'm hooked. more

A Real Surprise 12/1/2005

My mom of all people bought me a gift card from Ruby Room. I work from home and I find myself sneaking off to Ruby Room during the day for a break. They have two entire buildings with more services and products than you would ever imagine from driving by. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and are actually knowledgeable about the products they sell and everyone there has such beautiful skin. I picture RR in New York not in Chicago. Lucky for us! Pros: Very Different, Very Upscale, Fabulous Place! more
